City Fleet in Molendinar is seeking a Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic Apprentice to join our national fleet maintenance team. You will gain hands-on training while supporting qualified mechanics with servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and workshop duties.

• Repairs: helping repair engines, gearboxes, driveline components, steering and suspension systems.
• Workshop duties: tool setup, cleaning work areas, record keeping, and general workshop assistance.
• Safety procedures: following safe work practices and learning compliance requirements.
• Customer service assistance: supporting the team in delivering high-quality service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

As an apprentice, you will receive hands‑on training while supporting our qualified mechanics with:

What You Will Learn::

Qualifications:

Not required but beneficial:

• Any previous mechanical, automotive, or workshop experience
• Completed or partially completed pre‑apprenticeship or Cert II Automotive
• Full support to complete your Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Technology qualification
• Paid full‑time apprenticeship
