AES Equipment Solutions is seeking a Heavy Duty Fitter to rebuild, repair and service a range of earthmoving mining equipment across sites in Australia. You will join a company known for its equipment maintenance excellence and strong safety culture.

Responsibilities include scheduling repairs, fault finding and preventative maintenance on Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi machines, plus accurate inspection reporting and record-keeping. CAT SIS proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Australian/NZ Recognised Trade Certificate.
• Minimum 3 years post-trade experience (MEM).
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Tickets and licences (Forklift, WAH, Crane).

Responsibilities

• Rebuilding of all earthmoving equipment.
• Scheduling repairs, fault finding and preventative maintenance on Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi equipment.
• Completion of a machine inspection report prior to handover.
• Performing duties in a safe, efficient and competent manner.
• Maintaining an accurate record of repairs and maintenance for all equipment.
• Must be able to use CAT SIS.
