Job summary

Emeco Underground is hiring experienced Heavy Diesel Fitters for the Vickery and Tarrawonga Mine sites. Join a high-performing team with a 7/7 roster and a competitive salary package up to $195k, plus camp accommodation and meals. Real career opportunities exist in a supportive team environment.

You’ll work on CAT and Hitachi mining equipment, with a focus on heavy vehicle proficiency and safety checks. Compliance with medical and police checks is required for site access.

Qualifications

• Certificate of Proficiency: Heavy Vehicle, Plant or Diesel Mechanic.
• Experience with CAT/Hitachi mining machinery.
• Willingness to complete a Coal Board Order 45 Medical + Police Check.

Vickery Fleet You’ll Be Working On

• CAT D9 & D11 Dozers, 777F Water Carts, 793C/D Trucks, 854K Dozer, 988H Loader, 16M & 24M Graders and Hitachi 3600 Diggers

Tarrawonga Fleet You’ll Be Working On

• CAT D10, D11 Dozers, 789C Trucks, 16M Graders, 777 and 773 Water Carts, 980, 988 and 992 Loaders
