Job summary

Accor invites you to join our hospitality team as a Room Attendant. In our Housekeeping department you will keep guest rooms exceptionally clean, attend to every detail, and contribute to a warm, memorable stay for guests and colleagues alike.

Work alongside a diverse team, follow safety and privacy standards, and take advantage of development opportunities across Accor’s global brands. A flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays, is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is a plus.
• Strong eye for detail and pride in tasks.
• Comfortable with physical work and moving between rooms.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean all sections of guest rooms, including linens and bathrooms.
• Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, keep them organized.
• Use cleaning materials with care and follow safety protocols.
• Respect guest privacy and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Collaborate harmoniously within the team to ensure a flawless guest experience.
• Support guests as needed to ensure a wonderful stay.
