Job summary

Accor is seeking hospitality staff to join a Heartist team in a busy hotel environment. You will assist guests with menu choices, take and confirm orders, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, knowledge of food safety, and RSA certification. A flexible 7-day roster and strong communication are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or similar hospitality environment.
• Awareness of food safety practices and procedures.
• Holder of Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with menu offerings and maximise sales through knowledge and upselling.
• Take orders accurately and repeat to guests to confirm.
• Input orders promptly so kitchen can fulfill duties.
• Deliver meals from kitchen to guests maintaining temperature and presentation.
• Follow Food Safety Program and RSA requirements.
