The Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute in Sydney is seeking a part-time Heart Health Check Quality & Training Lead to oversee the quality, training and compliance portfolio for our Heart Health Check program. The role involves delivering mobile Heart Health Checks in Sydney and interstate locations, with regular travel and flexible support for events.

Qualifications
- Experience delivering health screening, health promotion or health-related services.
- Background in healthcare, nursing, allied health, pathology, health science or related field highly regarded.
- Experience training, mentoring, coaching or supporting others.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Heart Health Checks across community and workplace settings.
- Train, onboard and coach team members to build capability and confidence.
- Develop and maintain training materials, guides and resources.
- Identify quality, compliance and clinical risks and implement solutions.
- Support consistent delivery of clinical protocols and participant care.
- Monitor equipment performance and testing readiness.
