Job summary

Hearing Australia in Port Macquarie is seeking a Customer Support Officer to assist clients from diverse backgrounds and support their hearing health journey. You’ll handle outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and work with a computerised client database and electronic appointment system, performing a range of administration tasks with care and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and ability to build relationships with diverse clients.
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service in every interaction.
• Experience in sales, customer service or Call Centre preferred but not required.
• Experience in office administration and willingness to learn more of the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage outbound service calls and deal with inbound enquiries.
• Liaise with clients from multicultural and Indigenous backgrounds.
• Work daily with a computerised client database and electronic appointment system.
• Be responsible for a wide variety of administration tasks including data entry and records management.
