Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Solutions Deployment Manager ANZ, with flexible location in Australia (North Ryde, Melbourne, Adelaide or Brisbane). The role leads planning, approval, and deployment of customer valued solutions across hospitals, aiming to improve patient outcomes and healthcare efficiency.

You will partner with Health Care Solutions, Sales and Marketing to drive initiatives, manage budgets, and monitor milestones while ensuring regulatory compliance and stakeholder alignment

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in medicine, pharmacy, life science, pharmaceutical, allied health, software engineering or related degree.
• Orthopaedic experience preferred.
• Project Management Qualification or software engineering background is desirable.
• Change management expertise or experience with software development or data science is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of customer valued solutions from planning to implementation and monitoring.
• Realise business, patient and provider value from solutions.
• Collaborate with Strategic Solutions and DePuy Synthes teams to develop projects with business case validation.
• Educate customer facing teams on deployment requirements and solution benefits.
