Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Solutions Deployment Manager, ANZ, to oversee full project management in deploying customer valued solutions across Australia and New Zealand. The role focuses on healthcare outcomes and patient experience, with alignment to the Strategic Solutions team and multiple DePuy Synthes business units.

You will lead planning, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder engagement to deliver solutions that benefit patients, providers and the company.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in medicine, pharmacy, life science, pharmaceutical, allied health, software engineering or related degree.
• Orthopaedic experience preferred.
• Project Management Qualification.
• Software engineering background.
• Change management experience or software development or data science.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and deployment of customer valued solutions.
• Realise the expected business, patient and healthcare provider value from all customer valued solutions.
• Collaborate with Strategic Solutions team and Depuy Synthes businesses to develop projects identified as customer valued solutions including business case validation.
• Support marketing, the field sales force and other customer facing personnel through education of customer valued solutions.
