Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing planning and delivery-related roles.
• Must be able to qualify for CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification within 18 months of service.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients at operational levels.
• Demonstrated collaborative partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning for small projects and manage schedules under guidance from senior team members.
• Support implementation team coordination and participate in cross-departmental collaboration.
• Plan, update, and execute project plans while assisting with customer issue resolution.
• Create and distribute status reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
• Oversee project financial management to ensure delivery within time and budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for small customer projects, fostering trust in successful milestone delivery.
• Initiate and manage the delivery of products and services under the supervision of leadership and senior project team members.
• Prepare, manage, and communicate key project information on a regular basis to internal and external stakeholders.
