Job summary

Rauland Australia and New Zealand is seeking an experienced Solutions/Systems Engineer to join our Technology Delivery team. You will design, implement and integrate Rauland ICT solutions across customer environments in healthcare and mission-critical settings to deliver reliable, scalable outcomes.

Reporting to the ICT Delivery Manager, you’ll work with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into practical designs, manage deployments and ensure operational

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ICT implementations and enterprise technology solutions.
• Experience integrating technologies, applications, databases and infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server, Linux, networking, virtualization and cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and integrate Rauland ICT solutions across customer environments.
• Analyse requirements and translate into practical deployment plans.
• Integrate Rauland solutions with third-party tech, apps and databases.
• Deliver activities aligned to approved designs and project schedules.
• Develop technical designs, testing docs and as-built records.
• Conduct testing and deployment readiness activities prior to go-live.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and integration challenges.
• Configure operating systems, databases, cloud platforms and networks.
• Ensure governance, standards and quality frameworks are followed.
• Collaborate with teams and customers to achieve successful delivery.
