Job summary

Healthscope's Victoria Clinic in Prahran is seeking a casual Food Services Assistant to support our patients’ meals in a busy hospital kitchen. The role offers flexible rotating shifts and training within a private psychiatric facility focused on high-quality inpatient care.

You will prepare and deliver meals in line with the Food Safety Program, monitor temperatures, and maintain kitchen equipment, working both independently and as part of a team while presenting professionally to patients and

Qualifications

• Authority to work in Australia.
• Experience in Healthcare Food Services.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work without supervision and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work early/late shifts and weekends.
• Well presented and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver food in line with the Food Safety Program.
• Monitor and record food and machine temperatures accurately.
• Clean and maintain utensils and kitchen equipment per hospital hygiene standards.
