Job summary

SA Health is seeking a Data Insights and Analytics Lead in Adelaide to turn data into actionable insights for SALHN's PMO. You will lead data analysis, inform project prioritisation, and monitor benefits realisation across healthcare programs.

You will translate complex datasets into clear findings, develop compelling visuals, and collaborate with project teams and executives to guide decisions and drive value for the organisation.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in information management, IT, CS or related discipline.
• Experience managing, analysing and interpreting complex datasets, ideally including health data.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills with clear reports and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, with ability to advise senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into actionable insights through in-depth analysis.
• Translate complex data into findings and recommendations for prioritisation.
• Drive benefits realisation and track expected benefits across projects.
• Develop visualisations, reports and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Build analytical partnerships with project managers and data owners.
• Strengthen PMO analytics to improve transparency and evidence use.
