Job summary

Southern Adelaide Local Health Network in Sydney CBD NSW is recruiting a Data Insights and Analytics Lead. You will turn data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and high-impact healthcare projects within SALHN PMO.

Reporting to the PMO Manager, you will lead analysis, tracking of benefits, and development of dashboards and stories to inform prioritisation and delivery. This role emphasizes collaboration with clinical and operational teams and executive leaders.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Information Management, Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Experience managing, analysing and interpreting complex datasets, ideally including health data.
• Strong data visualisation and storytelling skills, with clear reporting.
• Ability to present analytical findings to stakeholders and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support delivery of data analysis, insights and reporting for projects.
• Translate complex data into clear findings, recommendations and narratives.
• Define, measure and track expected benefits across project lifecycle.
• Develop visualisations, reports and presentations for varied audiences.
• Collaborate with project managers, sponsors and data owners to support decisions.
