Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services (MCS) is recruiting for a Site Supervisor to coordinate building-services installation and commissioning on a major healthcare construction project in Australia. You will lead service crews, manage sequencing and interfaces, and keep daily site operations on track.

The role requires experience supervising healthcare or large projects, strong knowledge of construction methods and compliance, and the ability to interpret designs and drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising building-services on healthcare or comparable projects valued at $300 million or more.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site operations and relevant compliance requirements.
• Ability to interpret design documents, drawings and specifications.
• Experience leading site crews, suppliers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead service crews and subcontractors and manage sequencing and technical interfaces.
• Plan short-term activities and maintain safe, efficient daily site operations.
• Review designs and drawings and resolve site challenges with project stakeholders.
• Prepare progress, handover and project reports and monitor costs within authority.
• Guide the workforce through testing, commissioning and milestone delivery.
