Job summary

NSW Health is seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to collaborate with clinicians and managers across the organisation. You will develop impactful dashboards and insights from concept through to delivery within a temporary full-time role.

The position reports to the Performance team, is based at St Leonards RNSH Campus, and runs 38 hours per week until 29 November 2027. Strong data skills and health datasets knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building BI dashboards and analytics.
• Experience with health data and performance reporting.
• Strong collaboration with clinicians and managers to deliver insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and analytics from concept through delivery.
• Apply BI tools to support health service management and decision making.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure data quality and useful insights.
• Lead efforts in data validation and post-implementation evaluation.
