Job summary

Enovis is seeking a talented DevOps/Cloud/Platform Engineer to join our Brisbane engineering team. You’ll design, automate, and operate cloud platforms, CI/CD systems, and production environments using IaC and modern DevOps practices.

The role emphasizes collaboration across hardware, clinical research, product management, and quality teams to deliver secure, reliable software in a regulated medical device context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Software Eng or related field.
• 2+ years in DevOps, Platform, Cloud, SRE, or Software Eng roles.
• Experience with public clouds (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Infra as Code and automation experience.
• CI/CD pipelines and software delivery experience.
• Linux, containers, distributed apps knowledge.
• Networking, security, identity, and cloud fundamentals.
• Observability and monitoring experience.
• Git version control experience.
• Experience in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and platform services.
• Develop IaC solutions for consistent environments.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for delivery.
• Collaborate with hardware eng, clinical research, PM, QA to define software requirements.
• Improve system reliability, deployment, and developer experience.
• Participate in verification/validation for medical device standards.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability across clouds.
• Contribute to security, compliance, and governance efforts.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Support performance, scalability, availability, and DR initiatives.
• Maintain runbooks and engineering standards.
