Job summary

Turosi Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor to support farming operations across Victoria. This hands-on, field-based role works with Farm Managers and site leaders to foster a proactive safety culture and improve safety performance.

Reporting to the VIC & QLD OHS Manager, you will conduct inspections, investigations, training and wellbeing initiatives, travel between sites, and help embed compliance across multiple farming locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a HSW/WH&S or Safety Advisor role.
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management principles.
• Experience in agriculture, farming, poultry, food production, manufacturing or operational environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or equivalent).
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly between sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments.

• Coach leaders on safety practices and compliance.
• Facilitate safety training, toolbox talks and wellbeing initiatives.
• Assist with injury management and return-to-work processes.

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) Advisor to support our farming operations across multiple sites throughout Victoria.

This is a hands‑on, field-based role where you'll work directly with Farm Managers, operational leaders and employees to drive a proactive safety culture, improve safety performance and ensure compliance across our farming business. About the Role

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Strong investigation and problem-solving capabilities.
• Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or equivalent).
