Harvey Norman is seeking a Health & Safety Systems, Governance & Reporting Manager to lead the evolution of our safety governance and data‑driven reporting across the business, enabling better decisions at scale in a diverse environment.

Reporting to the Group Health, Safety & Environment Manager, you will drive system improvements, coordinate governance, and translate safety data into insights for senior stakeholders across retail, warehousing, and logistics in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and safety, governance, compliance, risk, systems, or reporting functions.
• Strong analytical and reporting capability.
• Experience driving system improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into practical business insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ongoing improvement of health and safety systems, reporting processes and governance tools.
• Develop and maintain the roadmap for health and safety technology platforms.
• Strengthen governance, compliance and assurance frameworks across a diverse operating environment.
• Support alignment with legislative requirements and ISO 45001 principles.
• Lead Board, Executive and operational safety reporting cycles.
• Translate health and safety data into meaningful insights that influence decision-making.

About the Role

Reporting to the Group Health, Safety & Environment Manager,you'lllead the Systems, Governance & Reporting stream of ourHealth and Safetyfunction.

• Leadingthe ongoing improvement of health and safety systems, reporting processes and governance tools.

• Governance, Assurance or Compliance Specialist.
• Health & Safety Reporting or Systems Lead.
• Health & Safety Manager.
