Job summary

Parklife Metro JV, employed by Webuild, seeks a Health & Safety Advisor to coordinate WHS on-site for the Sydney Metro - Western Sydney Airport project. Based at Luddenham or Badgerys Creek, you will implement the WHS plan, lead investigations, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

You will train supervisors, compile safety reports, and support management in policy and procedure development to maintain an injury-free culture on a high-profile infrastructure site in Australia.

Qualifications

• Cert IV or higher in Work, Health & Safety (WHS).
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Experience in investigating and reporting safety incidents.
• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all delivery aspects of WHS on the site.
• Develop, maintain and upgrade the WHS Management Plan.
• Support Rail Safety Manager with compliance to OSH and WHS legislation.
• Ensure supervision is trained in WHS requirements and that consultation with employees is established.
• Lead investigations for extreme risk incidents and provide preventative actions.
• Produce WHS reports and statistics; conduct annual reviews of operations.
