Northern Star Resources is seeking a proactive Health & Safety Advisor to join our KCGM Operations in a Kalgoorlie Residential role. Reporting to the Senior Health & Safety Advisor, you will guide site teams on safety, health, hygiene and systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement of the Safety Management System.
The role requires minimum 3 years’ WHS experience, knowledge of mining operations, and strong incident investigation capabilities.

Reporting to the Senior Health & Safety Advisor you will provide guidance and support to site-based teams on matters relating to safety, health, hygiene, and systems.
Our Kalgoorlie Production Centre includes KCGM, Carosue Dam and Kalgoorlie Operations (Kanowna Belle and South Kalgoorlie), bringing together a portfolio of established assets within one of Australia’s most recognised mining regions. Supported by a strong residential workforce and longstanding mining history, the centre offers the opportunity to contribute across a large-scale operational environment within the Goldfields region.
Northern Star is a global-scale gold producer, with operating mines, a development project and exploration programs in Western Australia and Alaska. We own and operate three high-quality production centres: Kalgoorlie, Yandal and Pogo, and one development project, Hemi which are all located in low sovereign risk jurisdictions.
