Job summary

Northern Territory Government seeks an Applied Executive Director Infrastructure and Facilities to provide executive leadership and direction for the Department of Health’s infrastructure, facilities and asset management portfolio across the Northern Territory.

The role leads planning, development, delivery and maintenance of health infrastructure and facilities to ensure safe, sustainable environments that support current and future service delivery requirements.

Qualifications

• Leading executive teams to deliver health infrastructure across the territory.
• Developing and implementing strategic plans for asset management and facilities.
• Engaging with government, service providers, consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership, direction and oversight of health infrastructure and facilities portfolio across the Northern Territory.
• Lead planning, development, delivery and maintenance of health infrastructure to be safe, sustainable, and fit-for-purpose.
• Represent the department on health infrastructure programs and major capital projects, coordinating with stakeholders.
