Job summary

Northern Territory Government seeks an Applied Executive Director Infrastructure and Facilities to provide executive leadership and direction for the Department of Health’s infrastructure, facilities and asset management portfolio across the Northern Territory.

The role leads planning, development, delivery and maintenance of health infrastructure and facilities to ensure safe, sustainable environments that support current and future service delivery requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership, direction and oversight of health infrastructure and facilities portfolio across the Northern Territory.

Provide executive leadership, direction and oversight of the Department of Health’s infrastructure, facilities and asset management portfolio across the Northern Territory. This role is responsible for leading the planning, development, delivery and maintenance of health infrastructure and facilities, ensuring healthcare environments are safe, sustainable, fit-for-purpose and capable of supporting current and future service delivery requirements. The Executive Director serves as the Department’s lead representative for health infrastructure programs and capital projects, working closely with government agencies, service providers, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders. An Executive contract of up to 4 years may be offered.
