Lake Macquarie Private Hospital is seeking an organized healthcare records officer to join our Regional Health Information Services Team, supporting both Lake Macquarie Private Hospital and Warners Bay Private Hospital.

You will manage patient records, ensure accurate, confidential, and timely access to health information across sites, and support documentation audits and data integrity initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a medical records or healthcare clerical role.
• Certificate in Medical Terminology (desirable).
• Commitment to confidentiality and data integrity.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with digital health records systems.

• Retrieve and prepare records for admissions, inpatients, and clinical needs.
• Accurately track and file medical records and correspondence.

• Scan documentation efficiently.
