HBF Health Limited is seeking a Claims Processor in Perth on a permanent full-time basis. You will process health insurance claims accurately, assist members and providers with inquiries, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in claims processing or medical/ancillary administration.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply policies and guidelines accurately.
• Excellent communication skills with empathetic customer support.

Responsabilités

• Assess and process health insurance claims accurately and efficiently in line with policies and service standards.
• Respond to member and provider enquiries, resolving issues where possible.
• Manage workload priorities to achieve productivity, quality and service targets.
• Apply procedures, delegations, privacy requirements and risk controls in day-to-day activities.
• Participate in team routines, coaching and continuous improvement initiatives.
