Job summary

Bupa Medical Visa Services is expanding in Perth with a second centre to meet growing demand. We are hiring for clinical, operational and customer-focused roles across two locations, Pier Street and Mill Street, offering part-time, casual opportunities and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Pathology with at least 6 months of fast-paced collection experience, OR at least 2 years of recent experience with a NATA-accredited provider.
• Paediatric experience (desirable, not essential).
• Experience supporting people from diverse cultural backgrounds, with a commitment to inclusive, respectful care.
• Excellent customer service skills and a customer-first approach.
• Confident, professional communication and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Complete identity checks and clinical assessments, including blood pressure, height, weight, body mass index, vision testing, urinalysis and venepuncture
• Guide applicants through their medical assessments to ensure timely, accurate service
• Follow clinical governance requirements and relevant policies and procedures
• Accurately record assessment results in the eHealth record

The opportunities

Join our Perth team with opportunities at two locations:

Pier Street: Part-time and casual roles available across Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Mill Street: Casual roles available across the working week. Operating hours are 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 4:30pm Saturday and Sunday
