Bupa Australia is seeking a committed doctor to join our Medical Visa Services in Southport for a permanent part-time role. You will conduct visa medical assessments and document outcomes for clients applying to live, work or study in Australia, using our online platform.

You will work alongside Health Assessors and reception staff, supported by an experienced Lead Physician to ensure a high-quality, customer-centric experience.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with full AHPRA registration.
• At least three years postgraduate experience.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Experience interacting with diverse backgrounds.

The purpose of this job

As part of our continued growth, Bupa Medical Visa Services are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Medical Assessment Centre in Southport.

Permanent Part-Time opportunity working 2 days per week on Tuesday and Thursday

We're looking for customer-focused doctors with a commitment to creating memorable customer experiences who are keen to move into an assessment-based role with exceptional work/life balance.

Our team are welcoming, friendly, supportive, and together we are making sure our customers have a truly exceptional experience in our clinics.

You’ll work alongside Health Assessors and reception staff, and be supported by an experienced Lead Physician to:

• Conduct visa medical assessments in line with established guidelines
• Provide objective assessment outcomes through an online platform
• Provide an exceptional level of people centred care and ensure our customers have a quality experience in our Bupa clinics.

What you’ll need to make it possible

• Degree qualified with full General Registration with AHPRA
• At least three years postgraduate experience
• Have a strong customer service focus
• Have experience working with customers from a range of backgrounds
