CPB Contractors Pty, in joint venture with UGL and supported by EIC, is pursuing a major data centre project in Melbourne. We seek a Health and Safety Manager to champion safety culture, lead the safety framework, and guide leaders to minimise risk and ensure compliance.

You will develop strategies, lead audits and incident investigations, coach teams, monitor metrics, and drive wellbeing and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Competenze

• Demonstrated leadership in a health and safety role.
• Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation and best practices.
• Proven ability to influence, engage, and build relationships at all levels.
• Experience managing risk, compliance, and safety management systems.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety or a related discipline.

CPB Contractors in joint venture with UGL and supported by EIC, fellow CIMIC Group companies, is proud to be driving the ground-up development of a multi-megawatt data centre in Truganina in the western suburbs of Melbourne. As the trusted delivery partners for a global digital infrastructure platform, we will be frontiering mission critical facilities and infrastructure. Our expertise will seamlessly integrate complex systems across mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire, power and telecommunications among much more.

Being an integrated member of the ACS company group, we will leverage and empower this build by drawing on the shared knowledge and aligned systems across an international network to bring global best practice to our region.

The 80 MW data centre will consist of two adjoining 40MW buildings featuring complex internally integrated electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, fire protection, ICT and security systems. Construction will also involve extensive external inground services works, modular electrical equipment including HV / Fire protection facilities construction and civil finishing works .
