As the Head of Vodafone Postpaid, you will lead the strategy, performance and evolution of the Vodafone Postpaid Mobile portfolio. The role is accountable for delivering Vodafone Postpaid customer, revenue and profitability objectives through effective pricing and commercial strategies, proposition development, customer experience management and cross-functional leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Business Performance & P&L
- Own the Postpaid P&L and delivery of annual business targets.
- Develop and lead an integrated business plan for Postpaid.
- Balance growth, revenue, margin and customer outcomes.
- Identify risks and opportunities and lead corrective action when required.
- Define the future direction of the Postpaid business.
- Identify emerging customer, technology and market trends.
- Develop multi-year growth strategies and strategic investment priorities.
- Shape the evolution of the portfolio to support long-term growth.
- Pricing & Commercial Strategy
- Own pricing strategy and value architecture for the Postpaid portfolio.
- Determine pricing, promotional and investment priorities.
- Ensure commercial decisions maximise long-term customer and business value.
- Oversee commercial performance, forecasting and investment allocation.
- Own the strategic direction of the Postpaid portfolio.
- Define portfolio priorities and proposition strategy.
- Ensure the portfolio remains competitive, differentiated and commercially sustainable.
- Product Roadmap, Delivery & Go-To-Market
- Ensure a strong pipeline of proposition and customer experience initiatives.
- Oversee development, launch and lifecycle management of propositions.
- Drive accountability for launch execution and benefits realisation.
- Customer Experience
- Champion the end-to-end Postpaid customer experience.
- Ensure customer insights inform proposition, pricing and roadmap decisions.
- Team and Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead and develop Product and Commercial teams.
- Align Product, CLM, Marketing, Retail, Digital, Devices, Finance and Technology around shared outcomes.
- Influence decision-making across the company.
What you'll bring:
- Telecommunications industry experience.
- Proven leadership of a significant consumer business, portfolio or P&L.
- Experience developing and delivering business strategies that achieve customer, revenue and profitability growth.
- Experience leading product, proposition or commercial teams in a complex consumer environment.
- Demonstrated success developing, launching and managing products, propositions or commercial initiatives.
- Experience defining pricing strategies and making commercial investment decisions.
