News Corp Australia Sydney, AUS is seeking a strategic leader to head the Value Management Office within the Technology, Digital and Data division. You will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, govern investment gates, and provide the Senior Leadership Team with a single view of portfolio health and realised benefits.

You will lead a team of 5 heads across delivery functions, drive agile transformation in hybrid delivery models, and set delivery standards across squads to maximise value for

Qualifications

Extensive background leading a VMO/PMO or large portfolio function at enterprise scale.
Proven oversight of investment governance, portfolio financials, and delivery assurance.
Experience with modern agile ways and balancing change with stability.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle and investment gating, converting prioritised demand into funded, governed delivery.
Lead and develop the four VMO Heads across strategic portfolio, program & project delivery, delivery insights, and delivery operations.
Own portfolio financials, capacity, and cross-charging, while running investment gates and stage reviews.
Provide a single, consolidated view of portfolio reporting, insights, and benefits to the Senior Leadership Team.
