Qualifications
- Experience leading technology teams in regulated environments.
- Ability to develop and execute technology strategies aligned with long-term business outcomes.
- Executive presence to influence senior executives, boards members, governance forums and stakeholders.
- Experience leading large-scale technology transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Track record building high-performing engineering organisations and championing modern engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology strategy, architecture, engineering and transformation across the Wealth portfolio.
- Influence investment priorities, modernization initiatives and technology decisions.
- Balance strategic vision with disciplined execution at Executive and Board level.
- Champion modern engineering practices, automation, platform thinking and tech excellence.
- Partner with CIO, CEO and governance forums to translate business outcomes into technology.
