Qantas Airways seeks a Head of Technology, Modern Airline Retailing, to shape the technology strategy across commercial and retail platforms. Based at Mascot, Sydney, this senior role leads cross-functional teams and partners with platform and distribution stakeholders to drive end-to-end technology decisions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience (10+ yrs) leading technology within airlines, travel or large multinational organisations.
• Proven track record delivering large, multi-year technology transformation programs.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, with postgraduate study in Technology preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain the technology strategy for Qantas' commercial and retailing platforms.
• Lead cross-functional teams across product, platform and engineering to deliver end-to-end outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with business and technology leaders to align roadmaps with business needs.
• Recruit, coach and mentor talent to sustain high performing teams.
• Oversee budget, resource management and vendor partnerships to ensure cost-effective delivery.
