Job summary

RRC Australia is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to head the Supply Chain function for our client in Riverwood. The role will oversee end-to-end supply chain, from sourcing to distribution, balancing service levels with cost and working closely with Sales, Finance and CEO to translate demand into a robust portfolio.

The successful candidate will bring 7+ years in supply and demand planning, experience with international suppliers, proficiency in Sage X3 and advanced Excel, and strong

Qualifications

• 7+ years in managing supply and demand planning, ideally in Warehousing.
• Experience managing international suppliers and 3PL relationships.
• Proficient in Sage X3.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Previous exposure to Auto Glass or the Automotive Industry is desirable but not essential.
• High analytical and problem solving skills.
• Accomplished interpersonal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Australia and New Zealand supply chain strategy aligned with growth, customer service and profitability objectives.
• Lead the end-to-end supply chain from supplier sourcing through purchasing, inbound freight, inventory management and warehouse replenishment.
• Lead the company's global sourcing and procurement activities.
• Develop a strategic supplier portfolio balancing cost, quality, reliability, lead time, innovation and supply security.
• Negotiate major supplier agreements, pricing, payment terms, rebates, freight arrangements, and commercial terms.
• Oversee the strategic management of international inbound freight.
