St Luke's School Lalor in Melbourne invites applications for Head of Student Services (Learning Diversity + Wellbeing). You will lead the school's commitment to inclusive education, student wellbeing, and spiritual growth, while partnering with families and staff to support every child's success.

The role requires a dynamic, collaborative leader with a strong commitment to Catholic education, safety of children, and the ability to work across teams to enhance learning diversity and wellbeing

Formación

• Current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
• Accreditation to teach Religious Education, or working toward.
• Postgraduate study in wellbeing or inclusive education is an advantage.
• Ability to engage in dialogue, teamwork and collaboration.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

• a commitment to Catholic education;
• a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children;
• current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching;
• accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school or be working towards gaining this;
• evidence of working towards or attainment of academic qualifications additional to initial teacher education (Post graduate study in wellbeing and/or inclusive education an advantage);
• commitment to dialogue, teamwork and the skills to work collaboratively;
• a passion for working with children, dedicated to supporting their academic, emotional and spiritual growth;
• highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to relate positively with others;
• a commitment to their own personal, spiritual and professional growth.
