Job summary

IUSCA is seeking a Level 7 Strength and Conditioning lead to oversee the school-wide S&C programme at Saint Ignatius' College Riverview for Years 5–12. The role drives an age-appropriate development model, injury-reduction practices and long-term planning within approved budgets and governance structures.

Level 7. Holds strategic and operational leadership of the school-wide S&C programme, athletic development model, facilities and permanent and casual S&C staff across Years 5 to 12. Leads practitioner development, long-term planning, testing, workload and risk-management processes, while working within approved budgets and the College's wider governance. The employer requires a relevant tertiary qualification and ASCA Level 2 or higher, or equivalent nationally recognised S&C qualification. The employer does not mandate a master's degree, whereas IUSCA Level 7 certification requires one.

Salary and Role Alignment
