Job summary

Absolute Executive Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking a senior leader to blend strategy consulting with hands-on marketing and AI initiatives. You will work directly with business owners and partners, translating a five-year strategy into actionable plans while steering the firm’s marketing and AI agenda.

You’ll report to the CEO in a leadership group from day one, influencing both client engagements and internal projects with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and growth.

Qualifications

• Background in top- or mid-tier strategy consulting or comparable advisory environment.
• Strong numeracy with real P&L experience in private SMB sector.
• Self-starter with energy and decisiveness.
• Strong project management capability handling multiple engagements.
• AI-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and presentation skills; B2B marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate five-year strategy into measurable plans across client work and internal projects.
• Lead diagnostic engagements with small business owners and present findings to stakeholders.
• Direct the firm's digital marketing as a defined project including content and demand generation.
• Join AI/Tech Development initiatives to roll out practical AI-enabled workflows.
• Set CRM and email marketing direction to improve lead visibility and ROI.
