The successful candidate will collaborate across learning areas, coordinate pathway programs, and drive career readiness and post-school transitions for students.

Qualifications

• Senior years curriculum leadership and quality assurance
• Teaching and leadership experience in Years 10-12
• Strong collaboration with coordinators, staff and external partners

Responsibilities

• Oversee curriculum, assessment and learning pathway programs across the senior years
• Lead initiatives to strengthen academic, vocational and career pathways
• Partner with industry, tertiary providers and the wider community
• Support student achievement, engagement and pathways planning
