Job summary

Janison is seeking a Product Manager for Reporting to own the client-facing reporting experience across our assessment products. You will oversee reports, dashboards, exports and certificates used by schools, education systems and government bodies, delivering end-to-end solutions across Australia and globally.

You’ll lead a small team of product owners and analysts, prototype reports with AI-assisted tooling, and partner with Scrum teams to ensure reports are trusted and actionable for teachers

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, including leading product teams.
• AI-literate with hands-on AI tooling to mock up reports.
• Data literacy to interrogate datasets and discuss with data engineers.
• Experience working in distributed, multi-time-zone teams.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement for leadership audiences.
• Proficient with Figma and prototyping tools.
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, design, education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for Reporting.
• Lead product owners and analysts; set expectations and grow the team.
• Prototype reports using AI-assisted tooling; validate reporting usefulness.
• Collaborate with scrum teams to deliver trusted reporting.
• Negotiate scope with government and enterprise clients.
• Define the reporting library and ensure data accuracy.
• Engage government and enterprise stakeholders to shape requirements.
• Identify opportunities via market analysis and drive process improvements.
