Job summary

Janison is seeking a Product Manager for Reporting to own the client-facing reporting experience across our assessment products—the reports, dashboards, exports and certificates used by schools, education systems and government bodies globally.

You will lead a small team of product owners and analysts, prototype reports hands-on with AI-assisted tooling, and collaborate with scrum teams to deliver reporting that clients trust.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with team leadership.
• AI-literate; hands-on with AI tooling to mock up reports and draft requirements.
• Data literacy to interrogate datasets and sanity-check numbers.
• Comfortable working in distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Strong design sensibility; adept with prototyping tools and critiquing charts.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Reporting, prioritising based on client needs and business impact.
• Lead a team of product owners and analysts; set expectations and grow capability.
• Drive discovery with government and enterprise clients to surface high-value opportunities and support pre-sales.
• Negotiate scope and priority with large clients, offering clear recommendations when trade-offs are needed.
• Own the reporting component library as a product; prototype reports turning data into trusted insights for educators.
