Progressive Bathrooms Pty Ltd in Melbourne seeks a hands-on leader to drive the sales and design team. You will own monthly revenue targets, guide design projects, and personally close high-value renovations for clients.

You will motivate and coach designers, manage pipelines, and collaborate with showroom and marketing to achieve growth. A track record in sales or interiors, with Revit/SketchUp proficiency, is valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, interiors or renovations, including client-facing sales and closing.
• Experience leading or managing a sales or design team (or strong track record and readiness to step up).
• Track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong communication, coaching and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Revit or SketchUp.
• Comfortable with sales reporting, CRM, quoting tools and Excel.
• Valid driver's licence and ability to visit homes across Melbourne.
• Full Australian work rights.
• Diploma in Interior Design or similar qualification (desirable).
• Experience in bathroom, kitchen or whole-home renovations (desirable).

Responsabilités

• Own the monthly revenue target for the sales and design team, and track, report and drive results against it.
• Deliver key marketing targets (leads, consultations booked, conversion) in partnership with marketing activity.
• Lead, coach and manage the sales designers: pipeline reviews, one-on-ones, sales training and performance accountability.
• Run consistent sales processes, follow-up and quoting standards so every lead is handled well.
• Visit clients in their homes to understand their vision, space and needs, and personally design and close projects.
• Create tailored renovation proposals that balance aesthetics, function and budget.
• Use Revit or SketchUp to bring concepts to life and support selections.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure seamless handover and execution.
• Stay across trends, suppliers and compliance, and keep the team up to date.
• Help recruit, onboard and develop new team members as the business grows.
