oOh!media in Sydney is seeking a Head of Project Delivery & Capital Programs to lead a national portfolio and a team of about 10 professionals, accountable for end-to-end delivery of capital projects and tying CAPEX to revenue.
Based in Sydney, the role drives operating model transformation, governance, and safety/compliance, and collaborates with Sales, Planning, Supply Chain, and Field Ops to optimise Time-to-Revenue.

About the opportunity:
As the Head of Project Delivery & Capital Programs, you will be the senior leader single-point-of-accountable for oOh!media’s national capital delivery portfolio. Leading a team of approximately 10 professionals (including Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators), you hold end-to-end accountability for a function that directly determines how quickly capital investment is converted into active revenue.
This is a critical transformation and operational leadership role responsible for overseeing approximately $30 million in annual CAPEX across digital assets, large-format structures, site upgrades, relocations, and major capital works. You will lead the shift from individual-reliant execution to a disciplined, nationally consistent operating model underpinned by the oOh!Works Playbook, enterprise systems, and strong Bid-to-Build governance.
