Job summary

Expeditors is seeking an experienced Project Cargo professional to lead pricing, bid evaluation, and sales initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. The role focuses on oversized and heavy-lift operations with a strong emphasis on risk-aware planning and carrier management.

Based in Jandakot/Perth, you will collaborate with regional leadership to ensure seamless PCS execution while maintaining high service standards and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Freight operations experience with emphasis on oversized/heavy-lift and project cargo.
• Experience in evaluating bid submissions and RFQ processes.
• Strong knowledge of carrier terms and project cargo modes of transport.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and organize pricing efforts for PCS opportunities to improve bid performance.
• Evaluate quality of bid submissions to improve RFQ success rate.
• Review P&L for Australia/New Zealand with senior leadership.
• Develop sales and engagement strategies to build pipelines.
