Job summary

Aruma is seeking a General Manager to lead Practice Excellence, Planning and Clinical Governance across the organisation. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will shape frameworks, policies and systems to drive safe, high-quality, person-centred services.

You will influence executive decisions, lead large-scale improvement initiatives and foster accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in disability, health, aged care or community services.
• Expertise in clinical governance, practice excellence, quality, safeguarding and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of governance, policy development and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide leadership across Practice Excellence, Customer Planning and Clinical Governance.
• Drive strategic initiatives that improve participant outcomes and organisational capability.
• Embed best practice across Aruma through collaboration with Executive leaders.
• Lead governance, safeguarding and risk management programs.
