Aruma is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead Practice Excellence, Planning and Clinical Governance. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will shape frameworks, policies and systems to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred services across a large disability organisation.

You will drive large-scale improvements, strengthen governance, and oversee customer planning while building high-performing teams and nurturing stakeholder partnerships across Australia.

Qualifikationen

• Senior leadership experience in disability, health, aged care or community services.
• Expertise in clinical governance, practice excellence, quality, safeguarding and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of the NDIS and person-centred practice.
• Experience leading large-scale organisational improvement initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, allied health, human services, governance, quality or a related discipline.

• Provide enterprise-wide leadership across Practice Excellence, Customer Planning and Clinical Governance.
• Drive strategic initiatives that improve participant outcomes and organisational capability.
• Partner with Executive leaders to embed best practice across Aruma.
• Lead and strengthen practice and clinical governance frameworks.
• Drive evidence-based practice, safeguarding and quality improvement.
• Ensure policies and systems support safe, effective and person-centred service delivery.
• Oversee customer planning frameworks that support both participant outcomes and service sustainability.
• Strengthen organisational capability in risk, compliance and quality assurance.
• Monitor emerging trends and risks to inform strategic decision-making.
