Job summary

MECCA Brands is seeking a Head of Planning to lead the Planning function and drive commercial outcomes across the business. You will partner with Brand Management, Merchandise Operations, Range & Space and executive stakeholders to shape and execute planning strategies that optimise performance.

You will coach and develop a large planning team, balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, and represent the function at Leadership Team level to influence critical decisions.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within Planning or Commercial functions.
• Experience leading large teams through transformation.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Planning function through organisational transformation and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Brand Management, Merchandising Operations, Range & Space and executive stakeholders to develop and execute commercial planning strategies.
• Coach, develop and inspire a large team of planning leaders, building capability and high-performing culture.
• Represent the Planning function at Leadership Team level, providing commercial insights to influence decisions.
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational involvement to improve planning processes and team effectiveness.
