Job summary

Aperitif Agency Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced Head of Performance to drive growth for a premium client portfolio across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and BVOD. You will lead a growing team, set strategic directions, and partner with senior stakeholders to maximise ROI.

In this remote-first role with only two mandatory office days weekly in South Yarra, you will mentor staff, shape client strategies, and own the department's performance and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of hands-on paid media management experience.
• Proven track record leading omni-channel campaigns for Tier 1 clients.
• Strong strategic capability and client ROI focus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Google Merchant Center and Tag Manager experience a bonus.
• TikTok Ads experience a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationship and delivery team for Tier 1 performance marketing clients.
• Act as primary strategic go-to for portfolio with senior stakeholders.
• Develop data-driven campaign strategies in response to client briefs.
• Own department performance and profitability, focusing on retention.
• Oversee and manage media budgets across the department.
• Deliver post-campaign analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Lead platform beta tests, A/B tests, and experiments.
