Kia Australia is seeking an experienced GM of Human Resources to lead the people strategy, align HR initiatives with business growth, and foster a high-performing and inclusive workplace. Reporting to the CFO, you will advise on talent, compliance and best-practice HR standards to attract, develop and retain top talent.

• Minimum 10 years' HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Proven success developing and implementing people strategies that support business outcomes.

• Developing and maintaining HR policies, procedures and governance frameworks
• Using HR analytics and metrics to support business decisions and continuous improvement
