Job summary

MinterEllison is seeking a Head of People and Culture to lead the ICP People & Culture strategy and partner with senior leaders to shape workforce capability and culture.

You will lead a team, drive organisational design, talent pipelines, change initiatives and the responsible use of AI, while delivering measurable business outcomes and supporting wellbeing and inclusion across the firm.

Qualifications

• Significant strategic HR leadership experience in a professional services firm or similar complex corporate environment.
• Experience delivering organisational design, change management and workforce planning initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading a high-performing HR/People & Culture team.
• Strong analytical and commercial capability to translate workforce data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience managing employee relations and psychosocial risks with inclusive leadership.
• Postgraduate qualification in HR, Business, Psychology or related field with exposure to property, infrastructure and construction sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop a rolling resource plan connecting capability, succession and capacity with the ICP strategy.
• Lead and develop the ICP People & Culture team and contribute to Talent Strategy.
• Advise senior stakeholders on organisational design, role architecture and talent pipelines.
• Oversee partner admissions, lateral hires and remuneration cycles.
• Coach partners and leaders through complex people decisions and risks.
• Lead organisational change and the responsible adoption of AI with guardrails.
