At The Skincare Tools, we’re redefining at-home beauty with professional-grade tools that deliver real results. Our brand is rooted in design, innovation, and clinical efficacy and as we scale globally, we’re looking for a committed Head of Operations to build and streamline the systems that will power our next phase of growth.

About the Role

This is a senior, full-time role for a hands-on all-rounder with deep experience in skincare, beauty, or wellness. You will oversee everything from supply chain and logistics to e-commerce operations and compliance, ensuring our customers experience seamless service worldwide.

You’ll thrive here if you love the fast pace of a start-up, have strong operational instincts, and are passionate about beauty. You’ll be the operational backbone of the business scaling processes, managing suppliers, and collaborating with our marketing and product teams. Travel may be required for supplier visits, retail launches, and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimise daily operations across logistics, fulfilment, and customer service
• Manage supplier relationships, couriers, and 3PL partners to ensure on-time delivery
• Oversee inventory management across Shopify and retail distribution partners
• Implement scalable systems for order fulfilment, returns, and after-sales support
• Partner with marketing and digital teams to align campaigns, Klayvio flows, and META tracking with operational readiness
• Ensure compliance with international regulatory requirements (UKCA, CE, ROHS, etc.)
• Track operational KPIs and report directly to leadership
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, cost management, and customer experience

Requirements

• 3+ years in operations, logistics, or supply chain management (skincare/beauty/retail background required)
• Strong working knowledge of Shopify, Klayvio, META Ads, and inventory systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth environment
• Excellent problem-solving, vendor management, and communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
• Passionate about beauty and excited to help scale a disruptive skincare brand
• Willingness to travel for supplier meetings, events, and retail launches
