Qualifications

• Must hold VIT Registration to work in Australia.
• Experience leading Middle School (Boys) or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead a strong, inclusive community where students and staff are valued and connected.
• Champion best practice in teaching, learning and pastoral care in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Inspire and positively challenge students and staff.
• Oversee academic achievement and student progress to ensure excellence across learning areas.
• Lead, manage and support staff to maintain high professionalism and collaboration.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Middle School (Boys) and support campus events.
• Contribute to evidence-based practice and contemporary approaches to student wellbeing.
